Open the Help (.chm) file that has the small font size, such as Outlook Express
help.
Click the left mouse button once in the right pane of the help file.
Now hold the CTRL key on the keyboard while you scroll the wheel on your mouse.
This will make the font size larger or smaller (depending on which way you scroll
the wheel) in a .chm type HTML Help file.
