OUTLOOK EXPRESS

Hi, Guys,

I have been using my OE E mail OK. including inserting pics etc. but for no
apparent reason, I now cannot now insert pictures, and am getting,

"Error message"
"windows internet explorer.
A error has occurred in this dialog.
error 7.
object does not support this property or method"

As this is the first time my OS has let me down, I am baffled as to cause,
so any ideas for a fix please?
