Hey,
I am facing the same problem. Can somebody help me. I do not have any
of the above mentioned softwares in my computer.

Locate several anti-spyware tools like Ad Aware, Spybot and Spyware
Terminator. Use each separately in "Safe Mode" in order to check/
clean out possible spyware infectations.
