0x8007000B I can't install or update anything!!!

I went to Microsoft update to update my computer and I got error message
0x8007000B. Soon after, My virus protection tried to update but it said there
was an error and couldn't update. Then I tried to install my Zune software
and that encountered a problem too!! Everything but the Microsoft website
just said there was an error with no help. I already disabled every form of
protection my computer has and tried again but nothing changed.

I found an MS KB article on this subject by searching for the error with
Firefox. This article described how to fix the problem.
