reat installations

I have automatic downloads with my choice when and how to install - now I
have a problem with a download for MSFrame Network security that keeps
showing up in my taskbar and silly me I kept installing it but it does not go
away after installation -checking my update I find that it has been installed
eight(8) times how can I correct this

Open windows explorer and locate this directory:
C:\windows\SoftwareDistribution = Delete all folders in the right pane/window

Run disk clean up then reboot your machine, does it help?

If it doesn't then you need to pay a visit to windows updates and see if
there is (are) any failed updates there flagged or red crossed (X).
