missing the file content.IE5

i was deleting so temporary internet files because my anti-virus scanner said
there were many viruses there. but it also deleted the file content.IE5 and i
cannot find it anywhere. does anyone know how to replace it? i cannot dowload
anything without it.

The Content.ie5 folder is in C:\Documents and Settings\useraccount\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5

But i believe that this folder is hidden. Have you rebooted your machine
after you deleted the folder?

The Content.ie5 is not a file it is a folder.
