Virus program run has quaratined file: Wextract.exe with Infection
Win32/Glenwiry.P. Message stated it had been replaced adn was not original
file. - how can I replace this file?

Windows is running extremely slow at times and freezes.

You can run "SFC" - Introduction to using scannow sfc (system file checker)
