DLL Files

i've just loaded aol onto a laptop which i have aquired.The laptop did not
come with any recovery discs!!! At the moment i am unable to get online via
aol because of the following message: Cannot find import,DLL may be
missing,corrupt or wrong version. File rtl.70.bpl error 126: Can someone
please tell me what this means and how can i fix it. I can get online via IE.

You need to ask AOL about their software.

[Not a smart idea to buy a laptop without software.]
