Synctoy - Excluding specific files

Hi there,

I've been using SyncToy to backup my datas for months now and since I'm
consistently disturb by this problem, I search for an answer:

Is there a way to exclude specific files in sync toy, like excluding all the
"Thumbs.db", or Pagefile.sys ? Actually, I must unselect them in the list,
but it's a bit boring...
