Raw Image Viewer problem

I installed the Raw Image viwer Power toy and after installing was unable to
email photos using windows explorer. I would be prompted to reduce the image
sizes but the email message would not open as it usually does.
I removed the Image viewer and I was the able to email photos once again.
Any one else had this problem ?
Anyone know how to correct it?
