Device Action Dialog Box is missing

When I connect my digital camera or insert a CD with pictires, I used to get
the "Device Action Dialog Box" that asked (among other things) 'do you want
to copy pictures to a folder on your computer using the scanner and camera
wizard'?



I no longer get this dialog box. somehow that program has been removed from
my computer. Does anyone know how I can get it back? What is the program
name and where was it located?



I am using Windows XP Home, SP3 on a tell Dimension 4600i
