print to emf file

Hello,

according to

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms801230.aspx

when a application prints a sequence of EMF commands is generated. The
spool file is also a EMF file.

Is there a way to let windows only create this EMF without further
conversion by a printer driver ?
