is spooler corrupt?
I cannot print from my large format HP Designjet 130. Have been helped by HP
support, uninstalled printer, current driver installed, test page prints.
Other printers work on this system. Hp thinks the spooler is corrupt. Problem
started when using Corel Designer 12 printing CAD drawings directly from
application. Application hangs. Had been able to save as pdf and print but no
longer can - fails to print. Word (and notepad) docs fail to print. My Canon
all in one prints properly. Using a Dell with XP Media. I've read here about
Lexmark problems but am afraid I don't understand the dependency thing and
have little confidence in hacking around. Can I fix this? Should I reinstall
XP? Please help! Thank you, Blue.

Re: is spooler corrupt?
First thing to try is a complete uninstall and reinstall of the printer:

If you omit Step 4, all you end up doing is reinstalling the older driver.
