Page Size in Page Setup

I am having a problem where any application an open and then attempt to print
always has the Page Setup Print Size set to 4 x 6 inches. I have to reset it
and then prints come out find, unfortunately, opening an new app does the
same thing. Where would I find the master setting for this?
