Faxing in Outlook 2003
I have used Outlook 2003 in WinXP Pro, many times for Fax Broadcasting.
These are the steps I
take.
I usually write the document I want to Broad Cast in MS Word & Save it.
From File tab I choose print, and Fax. Then I import the Fax numbers from
Sub groups that I have set up in Contacts in Outlook 2003 in to Fax. The
Modem is connected to phone line and I start the broadcast.
My problem started recently out of 300 or so phone numbers that I import to
Fax only 4 or 5 show in Fax Console. Any help and recommendations are greatly
appreciated.

Re: Faxing in Outlook 2003
XP fax does not support broadcast faxing.

Re: Faxing in Outlook 2003
Hi,

you shoud look for a professional application. XP FAX is just a toy and not
usable for fax broadcasting. We use the Aloaha FAX Suite for example.

Good luck!
