pdf printing problems
Hi everyone,

I have a HP3050 that is having problems printing pdf's (everything
else works fine, .doc, .jpg, ect.) over the network but works fine
printing pdf's locally. Is there a difference in how the driver
reacts between the two? The problem is that its a departmental
printer and we had hooked it up locally for testing purposes. Any
ideas out there?

using "freePDF XP" to create the documents
using "Adobe Reader 7" to print the documents - default setting

Thanks in advance,
Jon

Re: pdf printing problems
We had a similar problem. Our scanning software was creating PDF's named
Document.pdf.
When you open a document like this in an attachment, windows creates a temp
file somewhere (I think in OLK) and they are named Document(x).pdf where x
is a number. Every time a new one. When it gets to 99 Adobe Reader cannot
open them anymore!
You have to delete the files manually from the Temprary internet files...
OLK
