Access denied or opening

I have network share printer connect to the DC.

User always getting printer access denied or opening status from the printer
status and I have to delete the printer and reconnect the printer.

I am using the \\10.x.x.x command to add in the printer.sometime it will
prompt user to login when I type \\10.x.x.x . very strange, user have logon
to the DC but it still prompt to login.
Please help.
