Corrupted Sent Items list in Fax Console

Hello to everybody.

I'm using Fax service on XP Professional Edition. Recently my PC was changed
and I requested our IT department to import all sent and received faxes of
the previous machine. In doing this they made probably a mistake and
currently in the Fax Console they are listewd som non existing items. Is
there a way to clean the list so that only really existing files are listed?
