My Computer -drive problem

When i try to click on any drive C, D,E in My Computer , the drive doesnt
open .
Instead .."Open with " dialog opens...with the list of s/.w in system...


the Folder options is not there in the Tools

I downloaded the AVG anit virus ..and scannned the system..

Saw 6 files infected with Win32/NSAnti in temp & SystemRestore ...

Any solutions for this???
