permission, im just wondering how do i get permission for it, as im the admin

If by "guest account" you mean that you enabled Guest in Control Panel>User
Accounts, please go back there and disable it. Guest is a system account
and you'll continually have issues using it. Instead, create a regular user
account and call it "Visitor" or the like - if creating an account in your
GF's actual name shows too much commitment. ;-)

RE: Im trying to install programs on a guest account
In any case you cannot install a program for one user only. You need to
install it as an Admin-level user, then configure it as the guest user. If it
causes a nuisance for other users (which it might well do!) then run msconfig
and disable its automatic startup.
