Net Time Issue: Could not locate a time-server
I have a little problem here, I cannot sync the time my XP with another PC.
when I used the command "NET TIME \\SERVER_NAME /SET /Y", it gave to me an
error message.

Could not locate a time-server
More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3912

Followed the MS Q135646, it did not help to solve this problem.

Any idea, where should I check, what time of service needs for NET TIME to
work?
