Win XP Home Password Problems
All of a sudden my Administrator and Ken user accounts are asking for
passwords. Do not know what prompted this but it started once last week but I
was able to go into safe mode and change the password to a new password. It
worked for a week and now when my PC boots up, both accounts are asking for a
password. Note: Neither were password protected till last week. Now when I go
into safe mode and change the password to a new password, neither account
recognizes the new password when I boot up PC. I guess stranger things have
happened but do not know when.

Anyway, does anyone have a clue as to what happened and what to do to fix?

What is the malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean,
what programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:
