(acad,microstation,argis...etc) this users are in one domain and now is
neccesary pass to other domain. in this domain can't use the trust
relationship becuase the other company not permit this operation. OK. my
problem is when i create the new user in the other domain .... XP create a
new profile in "C:\Document.......\NEWUSER".

Sorry...

Domain Users and Local Accounts don't use User Names. They use SIDs (Securitry Identifiers)
and thus one user profile can not be used for one user on two Domains.

RE: User profile

If you wish to transfer the computer permanently to the new domain:

http://iwrconsultancy.co.uk/kb/windo...intransfer.htm

If you wish to work interchangeably between the domains as a single user,
then MyLogon might offer a solution. http://mylogon.net

RE: User profile
How about Microsoft's User State Migration Tool (USMT) 3.0?
