No Add button in Save user name and passwords dialog

Hi,

I am trying to figure out why there is no Add button in the Save user name
and passwords dialog. The machine in question is running xP Home SP2.
According to the documentation KB281660 I should be able to add a new
username/password pair in XP Home.

Anyone have an idea on what is going on?
