How deny power users that they can create accounts
Hello!

In our domain, people are power users but we want avoid they create
users on XP.
Is it possible that?

On the other hand, can deny local logon to local users?

Why are they "power users" and not just "users"?

Because they must create printers.
What I want to avoid is that someome can create an account, logon
locally and not to the domain.
