I am desperate! I cannot do updates because of error code Ox8024D007.
Surely someone can solve this problem for me. Thanks!

There is no such error code.

Perhaps you mean 0x8024D007 (note the precceding zero not a capital o), if
so then a Google query will bring up ~1900 hits on that subject.

ok. Your message seems to be coming form windows update agent. Instead of
using an automatic update, try to download the update from the Microsoft
Download Center. Im not sure which update you are looking for but you can
use the link below to go to the download for sp3. Good Luck.
