File Permission

Hi,

I am using windows server 2003, the hard disk format is NTFS, when I try to
give file permission it asked to change the format to NTFS in order to use
this feature, I can't understand that, its NTFS..

Appreciate your help.

This is an XP group, you need to repost to one of the server groups.
