How do I remove this from my computer? I have Microsoft One Care installed. I
ran a "full" scan, and it was not detected. Never the less, this program is
there. I've wasted the better part of a day researching Microsoft and other
places, and have gotten no where. I have found some web sites and/or programs
that claim to solve the issue, but I don't know how secure they are, so am
afraid to use them.

We actually have a dedicated guide up here using two free to clean methods:

It is being updated daily as we find new zlob dlls.

Currently we should get all active variants. Hope this helps!

Hello my friend,
i had the same problem as you! I just installed XP SP3 and it seems that
it's ok now. The toolbar has gone, and when i launch IE, i don't have any
problem again. Try and see!

Thanks bleepingcomputer - I'm a email only "scaredycat" when it comes to
computers and even I was able to download and follow the instructions to
remove that rouge spyware KRAP!

Usually dont trust anyone on the web - but I am very very greatful to
bleepingcomputers!
