Accounts users
good morning.
I have a client who has Windows XP Pro OEM, with multiple accounts of
users created, and deleted by mistake one of the accounts and data from it.
My question is whether there is any chance for me to recover data
that account deleted.
Thank you and I am awaiting your reply.

You would need to run data recovery software on that machine and success is
dependent upon how long the machine has been in used after the mistake. If
not long, then the possibility of recovery data is good. If long, you
should probably forget it and restore the data from backup. No backups? Set
up a backup strategy and show your client how to implement it.

If the data is crucial and you aren't skilled in doing data recovery
yourself (or don't have anyone local who is), if money is not an issue send
the drive immediately to a professional data recovery company such as Drive
Savers (www.drivesavers.com). Some insurance companies will cover the
(quite high) expense.

Here are some links to various data recovery programs. I use Easy Recovery
Pro, but it is expensive. People whom I respect have recommended R-Studio
and Restoration. YMMV. Of course you will not install anything on the
target computer but will install it on another machine and either use it
from that operating system or create a bootable cd/floppy and work with
that.
