Microsoft Security Bulletin Revision

The revision I am referring to is MS07-042-CRITICAL. When I download the
appropriate version (Windows XP Home Edition SP2) before installation I am
asked whether I want to modify, repair or remove the item in question. I am
stumped as to what selection to make so any help would be appreciated so I do
not make the wrong choice. Thank you in advance for your help.

"Modify". Or you may "remove" first and then "install" if you prefer.
