System Volume Information-/restore. Adware infection

Im star to recibe Virus Infection Alert .
Say.............

Information\_restore{202550A8-7A33-4BCA-9586-051D24DDBF8F}\RP1455\A0161398.exe.
Infection. Win32/Try Medial Adware.

What I need to do?

It sounds like your antivirus/antimalware program has caught the malware but
it still exists in a System Restore point. Normally this can't hurt you
unless you restore to that infected point. If you are sure the computer is
completely clean, make a new System Restore point and then use Disk Cleanup
to delete all but the new Restore point.
