I had the same thing happen to me on a new computer build at my
office. The only thing i know is that the Installation ID comes from 8
different compnents of your computer I.E. processor, vid card, ram
etc. and thier is a proccess you can run (dont remember off the top of
my head) that will show you what value they are sending back. It is
supposed to be six sets of numbers, but ours are returning six 0's Im
lost. I tried microsoft customer support and they wanted to charge me
$60 to help. If you have figured anything out please let me know.
