Upgrading of Windows MCE 2002 -> XP Pro. Service Pack 2

Hi,
I was trying to upgrade MCE 2002 to XP Pro. Service pack 2
but when i tried to do so i got an error saying 'invalid cd key'
i don't know why this is happning as i have got a genuine XP cd and
my media center is also original plz help ..

That's *not* an upgrade.

I dont believe MCE is upgradeable to either version of winxp
