Re: XP installation failure
Every time I run XP Upgrade Advisor, it stops when it gets to the "Microsoft
DVD Movie Player" system file.
I have deleted DVDplay.exe and all instances of "Movie Player" in the
register, but it still stops.
Any ideas?

Upgrading from what?
Do you have the earlier o/s disk or only a recovery disk?
