Bdd with XP

I am trying to use BDD to deploy XP. I downloaded the tools, imported the OS
source files, and configured a deployment point (all this according to a
short tutorial). I boot with my pe and the wizard runs. Everything seems to
go as planned. The machine reboots and then (the odd part) it starts the
16bit windows setup utility. If I boot back into it with winpe it tells me
that the installation completed with three errors. What gives? What major
steps in the process did I miss?
