WXP SP1: Problem with "Settings and Documents transfer" wizard
Hi all,

when trying to use migwiz.exe to save settings of a system I experience
some strange behaviour of this tool: Even if I specify "Settings only"
the wizard does a huge backup of all my files. Also specifying selected
files does not help.

So here are my questions:

1. How can I achieve a "Settings only" backup of my systems?
2. Can I selectively restore settings e.g. for specific users on the new
system?

TIA and best regards
Uwe

RE: WXP SP1: Problem with "Settings and Documents transfer" wizard
1st,always run FTW from the xp cd (other options,i believe),once opened,
customize, select data to compile, set data in new folder you created, once its
thru, move to other hd or cd.A user can/could restore settings thru system
rest-
ore,or delete old account,create new,run FTW.
