task manager
hi, iam using WinXP pro SP2. recently in my limited user account iam unable
to work on task manager as it automatically closes within 1-3 seconds,
however admin account is not having the prob.

My first guess would be malware running in your limited user account.
Try running a scan using your preferred software.

Also try using Process Explorer
(http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb896653.aspx) as a
temporary alternative to Task Manager, until you can figure out the problem.

Iam finding one infection repetedly with my McAfee "Generic!atr" although the
file is quarentined yet whenever I login to my sys this thig is notified
again as fixed.
I think this might be the thing thats effecting me but Iam unable to remove
it.
