PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!
The koc.inf is located in the SP3 package itself, but for some reason
it does not install correctly. Here is how I worked it out. Find
Koc.in_ in the ic folder of i386 in the SP3 file ( I used WinRar).
Extract and place in the .inf folder in your Windows directory. If
you click on Add/Remove now, you will now get an error saying it could
not start Koc.dll. Fine. Next go on line and locate a copy koc.dll.
BE SAFE. Download from a known site and then scan the file BEFORE
install. Place the koc.dll file in your Windows/System32 folder.
BINGO, you are back in business!
Microsoft still has not given any response to requests for help on
this problem. Maybe it is the "XP is no lobger actively supported"
nonsense starting.
