MDT 2008 on 6 Servers

Hi everybody. At first, sorry for my bad english. I'm from germany.

I'm using BDD/MDT since january 2008. I have installed everything on my
Masterserver (Server 1). Everythings works fine. We're using BDD to deploy
syspreped wim images on new notebooks.

After some weeks i had the idea to use 5 more servers for our other
companys. So i prepared 5 more servers with 2k3 R2 + MDT and started to copy
the distribution share of Server 1 to Server 2-6. I recreated the local
Distribution share on Server 2-6 by using the copy to keep my builds, apps
and os.

To keep the data up to date i'm using DFS-R which works fine. For my
Database i use the Database on Server 1 for Server 3-6 and Server 2 is using
his own database filled by an SQL subscription from Server 1.

When i boot from my USB Stick or CD after updating my deploymentpoint the
welcome window shows. When i use the USB Stick from Server 1 the deployment
starts after pressing enter at the welcome window. When i use the Stick from
Server 2-6 the Tasksequence Selection appears instead. This only happens in
my configuration when there is no database entry for the computers serial
number.

BDD.log says:

I dunno what the problem is. The files are 100% copys from an working
environment with changed paths. Folder security settings are the same. I was
looking in every file to see if there is an wrong path or something.
