Automated Installation

In windows 2000 there was an option that you can remove the harddisk of the
computer, connect to another windows 2000 computer, copy the installation
files on the harddisk and when you connect this harddisk back to its
original computer, it will start the installation automatically from the 1st
phase. How can we use it in windows xp?
