I'm guessing you mean an animated .gif?
Did you try...Right Click / Save Picture As?
Maybe the Temporary Internet Files folder
is hidden. Try opening a folder and go to...
....Tools / Folder Options / View tab...
Under "Hidden Files and Folders" tick...
"Show hidden files and folders" / Apply / OK.
In Win XP the Temporary Internet Files
folder should be found at:
C:\Documents and Settings\>user name<\
Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
