You don't supply an example, but a good guess is it buffering,
This is when the clip is loading to your PC's temp folder,
Allow it to stutter through to completion and then replay the
clip and it will playback fine the second time.
There are many contibutory factors, - time of day, is it a clip
that is popular and you are viewing when everyone else is -
home from school/work etc
