RE: wmv only plays in black and white. Version 11 or 9 does not matter

I should add I tried video card driver updates. Re-installing windows xp home
was just done. Before re-install of home it did it too. I have done all
updates required on windows update. Even tried changing video cards and
drivers for each.

Codecs are all microsoft codecs. All wmv are not license protected.
