downloading myspace videos?

Are there any free programs that let you download Myspace
videos? I'm looking for an easy to use program that works
on myspace and possibly other sites such as U-tube or sites
that use wmv files that can be viewed but don't download.
Any advice will be appreciated.

This works for youtube: use OrbitFLVdownloader to download the video,
then FreezFLVtoAVI/MPEG/WMV converter to convert them to the type of
your choice. Both of these programs are free--just google to find them.
