Movie Maker Checking Project Files Error

Whenever I try to open my video and it's "opening the project," about 3/4 of
the way through I get a checking project files error. I desparately am
looking for help. Does anyone have any idea what I should do???

Which version of Windows are you running?

Sounds like your .mswmm project file is corrupt.

If you would like to have someone take a look at
the .mswmm file you could upload it to the following
site and post the download link in this forum.
