clicking sound from flash movie ads

Two questions: My favorite radio station on line isn't giving Real Player as
an option now. When I use the Windows media player to stream audio from
websites and the site has video ads on it, I get clicking every few seconds
when the ad window changes. I disabled flash movies on the website but the
listen window is separate and altho I disabled it on there too and also on
"Layers" I still get the clicks.

Question 1: can I disable that annoying click?
Question 2: Is there a way to use real player to listen when the website
doesn't offer it on their "listen" button?
