live video conferencing

i need to preparea project fro the college i am working wirelessly to send a
live video from one building in the campus to another building in the same
campus. any ideas please. no matter how little it helps me a lot to start. by
using camcorder and no other ways . thank you

There should be several programs that are made to stream video across a
network. I can't suggest any, but I know there are.
