Webcam Timershot Powertoy

My webcam is not recognized by Microsoft's Webcam Timershot Powertoy. But my
webcam does work with Microsoft's amcap.exe and vidcap.exe.

Is Microsoft's Webcam Timershot Powertoy made to work with a specfic driver
specification?

The Readme said "We've taken great care to ensure that PowerToys operate as
they should"
