Slow (very) DVD movie as Limited User

When playing WMP 11, as administrator, works perfecitly.
When playing as limited user plays extreamly slowly.

What services/user/et. al settings do I have to change to allow a DVD movie
to play under a limited user?

I'd not rather use an administrator account in order to play movies.
