generic host problems/update
I did a search about this here and found some fixes but have another problem
as to cannot get there with this problem. I keep getting this message
"Generic Host Process Win 32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to
close", well when going to Windows update I tried going to express update
and it just keeps checking and checking, never finishes. Than I did a custom
update and it came back that the registration was missing and to fix by
installing the registration which I did with their fix, than going back to
the express update it still runs and runs. I did go in and do a PC check, it
comes back saying my automatic update is not turned on but when I go to it it
says its on, I checked and changed the shedule on it also as to verify it was
on. My last update was 12 dec 07. I'm not very computer savvy, but does any
of this make any sense to anyone and how can I get the update back to working
and get rid of this generic host problem? Pease, in need of help! Thanks, Tim
